Crane operator
Requirements:
- CDL Class B license.
- Engineering 1B Hoisting License (Must be active without any restrictions)
- Minimum of 4 years industry experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA Regulations, and ANSI Standards in crane operations.
labor foreman
Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience in management of personnel, project resources, and equipment.
- Must have proficient ability to oversee all phases of construction project, from inception to completion with excellent communication, planning and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Modular Homes; applicable safety and code standards specific to the modular industry, including OSHA standards
- Knowledge of the use of safety equipment and protective gear
General Laborer
Responsibilities:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- General Carpentry Skills Required
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Assist crane operator, foreman and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Put together and take apart temporary structures.
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up.
